This certification enables these companies to receive sole-source and competitive 8(a) contract awards, access to SBA support and resources, and inclusion in Mentor-Protegee arrangements through 2028. This certification is designed to enable rapid growth and expansion.

SKT CEO Chad Cottet states “Entrance into the SBA’s 8(a) business development program was granted after ITL and SKMS completed a rigorous application process to ensure that they met the standards for entering this coveted program. This certification streamlines the contracting process for our federal clients to purchase S&K products and services. With this certification ITL and SKMS now have access to resources and support to expand our business and continue to deliver the highest quality services and solutions to our customers and to the federal government.”
